Mitchell Kirby
Lead Pastor
Born and raised in Troy Missouri, Mitchell has had a passion for worship since he was a teenager. After studying Pipe Organ at Wheaton College in Wheaton Illinois he moved back to Missouri and has been involved in full-time music ministry ever since. Throughout his life Mitchell has had the opportunity to serve at several churches and is dedicated to developing Spirit-led worship leaders in the St Louis area. Mitchell has been a member of the staff at Growing Faith Ministries since June of 2021 and is looking forward to seeing what God has in store!
Kathryn Shipley
Worship Leader
Kathryn, also known as "KShip", has been involved with leading worship at many area churches since 2011. Kathryn is also a Nashville Recording artist and loves recording her two favorite genres of Country and Christian music. Late in 2022, Kathryn formed a band called “About the Journey” with some of her local worship friends, including Mitchell Kirby. As a solo Christian and Country artist, Kathryn has been blessed with receiving many awards for her music. Kathryn also loves to volunteer for many different causes and raising her granddaughter Kadis. Originally from Louisiana, Missouri, Kathryn currently has her roots in Saint Charles, Mo.
Beth Davis
Children's Ministries Director
Beth grew up in Central Missouri in a little town called Loose Creek. She spent 11 years in the Air Force as a Weather Specialist and met her husband Jeff during that time. Beth currently enjoys sewing and quilting, as well spending time with her family and teaching children about Jesus which she has been doing for over 20 years! Beth and Jeff have been active members of Growing Faith Ministries since its inception and enjoy particularly enjoy the Nights of Worship as well as the church's involvement in the community.
